BEFORE YOU START

Choose a role for each phone and check the network, camera, and microphone permissions.

VIEWER SETUP

Register the Viewer and generate its pairing QR code.

  1. E-posta ve parola ile kayıt olurken kayıttan sonra e-posta adresinizi doğrulayın.
  2. Doğrulama e-postası spam klasörüne düşebilir. Tomate Home Camera’dan gelen e-postayı arayın.
  3. Sosyal hesap kullanıyorsanız Monitor’de de aynı hesapla oturum açın.

MONITOR SETUP

Scan the QR code with the old phone, then check its settings.

Confirm the sign-in account

Check Monitor settings

  1. Continue recording: Canlı videoyu kaydetmek için kaydı açın.
  2. Motion recording: Hareket algılandığında otomatik kayıt yapar.
  3. Motion snapshot: Hareket algılandığında otomatik anlık görüntü alır.
  4. Sağ üst köşede hareket algılama ve bulut depolamanın açık olduğunu kontrol edin.
  5. Yeterli depolama alanı olduğunu kontrol edin.

Reconnect if the connection drops

Select an online Monitor from the Viewer to open the live view.

  1. Hizmeti yeniden başlatmak için Refresh düğmesine basın.
  2. Paired Devices listesini açıp Monitor’ün çevrimiçi olduğunu doğrulayın. Listede yoksa Monitor çevrimdışı veya kayıtsızdır.
  3. Yeniden bağlanmayı denemek için Monitor’ü seçin.
  4. Bağlantı kararsızsa aynı Monitor’e yeniden bağlanmak için Reconnect Remote Device kullanın.

Bağlantı hâlâ kurulamıyorsa ağı, uygulama durumunu ve ağ ortamını kontrol edin.

  • İki telefonun da kararlı bir internet bağlantısı olduğundan emin olun.
  • Monitor uygulamasını açık tutun ve pil tasarrufu modunu kapatın.
  • Monitor uygulamasını ön planda tutun; güç veya Ana ekran düğmesine basmayın.
  • Daha hızlı yeniden bağlanmak için Refresh düğmesine basın. Bağlantı yine başarısız olursa uygulamayı yeniden başlatın.
  • Kurumsal ağlarda sıkı güvenlik duvarları olabilir. Mümkünse daha açık bir ağ kullanın.
