เปลี่ยนโทรศัพท์เก่าให้เป็นกล้องดูแลบ้าน

เตรียมโทรศัพท์สองเครื่อง เครื่องหนึ่งเป็นกล้อง อีกเครื่องใช้ดูจากระยะไกล เริ่มใช้งานได้ในไม่กี่นาที

ประมาณ 5 นาทีต้องใช้โทรศัพท์ 2 เครื่องจับคู่ด้วย QR อย่างรวดเร็ว

BEFORE YOU START

Choose a role for each phone and check the network, camera, and microphone permissions.

เตรียมโทรศัพท์สองเครื่องแล้วเลือกโหมดกล้องหรือผู้ชม

  • โทรศัพท์ทั้งสองเครื่องเชื่อมต่ออินเทอร์เน็ตได้
  • โทรศัพท์ Monitor เสียบสายชาร์จไว้ได้ต่อเนื่อง
  • มีพื้นที่เก็บข้อมูลว่างอย่างน้อย 6 GB

VIEWER SETUP

ตั้งค่า Viewer

Register the Viewer and generate its pairing QR code.

ในโทรศัพท์เครื่องแรก ให้เลือก Viewer และลงทะเบียนบัญชีเพื่อรับ QR Code

  1. หากสมัครด้วยอีเมลและรหัสผ่าน ให้ยืนยันอีเมลหลังสมัคร
  2. อีเมลยืนยันอาจอยู่ในโฟลเดอร์สแปม โปรดมองหาอีเมลจาก Tomate Home Camera
  3. หากใช้บัญชีโซเชียล ให้เข้าสู่ระบบ Monitor ด้วยบัญชีเดียวกัน

MONITOR SETUP

ตั้งค่า Monitor

Scan the QR code with the old phone, then check its settings.

ในโทรศัพท์เครื่องที่สอง ให้เลือก Monitor และเปิดเครื่องสแกน

Confirm the sign-in account

หากเข้าสู่ระบบโดยตรงด้วย Google / Apple โปรดเลือกบัญชีเดียวกันบนโทรศัพท์ทั้งสองเครื่อง

Step 3

Check Monitor settings

สแกน QR Code เพื่อจับคู่ให้เสร็จสมบูรณ์

  1. Continue recording: เปิดการบันทึกเพื่อเก็บวิดีโอสด
  2. Motion recording: บันทึกอัตโนมัติเมื่อตรวจพบการเคลื่อนไหว
  3. Motion snapshot: ถ่ายภาพอัตโนมัติเมื่อตรวจพบการเคลื่อนไหว
  4. ตรวจสอบว่าเปิดการตรวจจับการเคลื่อนไหวและที่เก็บข้อมูลบนคลาวด์ที่มุมขวาบนแล้ว
  5. ตรวจสอบว่ามีพื้นที่เก็บข้อมูลเพียงพอ

Reconnect if the connection drops

Select an online Monitor from the Viewer to open the live view.

  1. กด Refresh เพื่อรีสตาร์ตบริการ
  2. เปิด Paired Devices แล้วตรวจสอบว่า Monitor ออนไลน์อยู่ หากไม่แสดงในรายการ แสดงว่า Monitor ออฟไลน์หรือยังไม่ได้ลงทะเบียน
  3. เลือก Monitor เพื่อลองเชื่อมต่ออีกครั้ง
  4. หากการเชื่อมต่อไม่เสถียร ให้ใช้ Reconnect Remote Device เพื่อเชื่อมต่อกับ Monitor เครื่องเดิมอีกครั้ง

ตรวจสอบตามลำดับนี้

หากยังเชื่อมต่อไม่ได้ ให้ตรวจสอบเครือข่าย สถานะแอป และสภาพแวดล้อมเครือข่าย

  • ตรวจสอบว่าโทรศัพท์ทั้งสองเครื่องเชื่อมต่ออินเทอร์เน็ตที่เสถียร
  • เปิดแอป Monitor ค้างไว้และปิดโหมดประหยัดพลังงาน
  • ให้แอป Monitor อยู่หน้าจอหลักและอย่ากดปุ่มเปิดปิดหรือปุ่ม Home
  • กด Refresh เพื่อเชื่อมต่อใหม่ได้เร็วขึ้น หากยังไม่ได้ ให้รีสตาร์ตแอป
  • เครือข่ายองค์กรอาจมีไฟร์วอลล์เข้มงวด ควรใช้เครือข่ายที่เปิดกว้างกว่าหากทำได้
