BEFORE YOU START

Choose a role for each phone and check the network, camera, and microphone permissions.

VIEWER SETUP

Siapkan Viewer

Register the Viewer and generate its pairing QR code.

Di ponsel pertama, pilih Viewer dan daftarkan akun untuk mendapatkan kode QR

  1. Jika mendaftar dengan email dan kata sandi, verifikasi alamat email setelah pendaftaran.
  2. Email verifikasi mungkin masuk ke folder spam. Cari email dari Tomate Home Camera.
  3. Jika menggunakan akun sosial, masuk ke Monitor dengan akun yang sama.

MONITOR SETUP

Siapkan Monitor

Scan the QR code with the old phone, then check its settings.

Confirm the sign-in account

Jika langsung masuk dengan Google / Apple, pastikan menggunakan akun yang sama di kedua ponsel

Check Monitor settings

  1. Continue recording: aktifkan perekaman untuk menyimpan video langsung.
  2. Motion recording: merekam otomatis saat gerakan terdeteksi.
  3. Motion snapshot: mengambil gambar otomatis saat gerakan terdeteksi.
  4. Pastikan deteksi gerakan dan penyimpanan cloud aktif di pojok kanan atas.
  5. Pastikan ruang penyimpanan cukup.

Reconnect if the connection drops

Select an online Monitor from the Viewer to open the live view.

  1. Tekan Refresh untuk memulai ulang layanan.
  2. Buka Paired Devices dan pastikan Monitor online. Jika tidak muncul, Monitor offline atau belum terdaftar.
  3. Pilih Monitor untuk mencoba menyambung lagi.
  4. Jika koneksi tidak stabil, gunakan Reconnect Remote Device untuk menyambung ulang ke Monitor yang sama.

Jika koneksi gagal

Periksa hal berikut secara berurutan

Jika koneksi tetap tidak dapat dibuat, periksa jaringan, status aplikasi, dan lingkungan jaringan.

  • Pastikan kedua ponsel memiliki koneksi internet yang stabil.
  • Biarkan aplikasi Monitor tetap terbuka dan nonaktifkan mode hemat baterai.
  • Biarkan aplikasi Monitor di layar depan dan jangan tekan tombol daya atau Home.
  • Tekan Refresh agar tersambung ulang lebih cepat. Mulai ulang aplikasi jika koneksi masih gagal.
  • Jaringan perusahaan dapat memiliki firewall ketat. Gunakan jaringan yang lebih terbuka jika memungkinkan.
