দুটি ফোন প্রস্তুত করুন: একটি ক্যামেরা এবং অন্যটি দূর থেকে দেখার জন্য। কয়েক মিনিটেই শুরু করুন।

BEFORE YOU START

Choose a role for each phone and check the network, camera, and microphone permissions.

দুটি ফোন প্রস্তুত করে ক্যামেরা বা ভিউয়ার মোড বেছে নিন।

  • দুটি ফোনই ইন্টারনেটে সংযুক্ত হতে পারে।
  • Monitor ফোন বিদ্যুতের সাথে সংযুক্ত রাখা যায়।
  • অন্তত ৬ GB স্টোরেজ খালি আছে।

VIEWER SETUP

Viewer সেটআপ

Register the Viewer and generate its pairing QR code.

প্রথম ফোনে Viewer নির্বাচন করে একটি অ্যাকাউন্ট নিবন্ধন করুন এবং QR Code নিন

  1. ইমেল ও পাসওয়ার্ড দিয়ে নিবন্ধন করলে নিবন্ধনের পরে ইমেল যাচাই করুন।
  2. যাচাইকরণ ইমেল স্প্যাম ফোল্ডারে যেতে পারে। Tomate Home Camera থেকে আসা ইমেল খুঁজুন।
  3. সোশ্যাল অ্যাকাউন্ট ব্যবহার করলে Monitor-এও একই অ্যাকাউন্টে সাইন ইন করুন।

Confirm the sign-in account

Google / Apple দিয়ে সরাসরি সাইন ইন করলে দুই ফোনে একই অ্যাকাউন্ট নির্বাচন করুন

Check Monitor settings

QR Code স্ক্যান করে পেয়ারিং সম্পন্ন করুন

  1. Continue recording: লাইভ ভিডিও সংরক্ষণ করতে রেকর্ডিং চালু করুন।
  2. Motion recording: নড়াচড়া শনাক্ত হলে স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে রেকর্ড করে।
  3. Motion snapshot: নড়াচড়া শনাক্ত হলে স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে স্ন্যাপশট নেয়।
  4. উপরের ডান কোণে মোশন ডিটেকশন ও ক্লাউড স্টোরেজ চালু আছে কি না দেখুন।
  5. পর্যাপ্ত স্টোরেজ আছে কি না দেখুন।

Reconnect if the connection drops

Select an online Monitor from the Viewer to open the live view.

  1. সেবা পুনরায় চালু করতে Refresh চাপুন।
  2. Paired Devices খুলে Monitor অনলাইনে আছে কি না দেখুন। তালিকায় না থাকলে Monitor অফলাইন বা নিবন্ধিত নয়।
  3. আবার সংযোগের চেষ্টা করতে Monitor নির্বাচন করুন।
  4. সংযোগ অস্থির হলে একই Monitor-এ আবার সংযুক্ত হতে Reconnect Remote Device ব্যবহার করুন।

সংযোগ ব্যর্থ হলে

এগুলো ক্রমানুসারে পরীক্ষা করুন

তবুও সংযোগ না হলে নেটওয়ার্ক, অ্যাপের অবস্থা ও নেটওয়ার্ক পরিবেশ পরীক্ষা করুন।

  • দুটি ফোনেই স্থিতিশীল ইন্টারনেট সংযোগ আছে কি না নিশ্চিত করুন।
  • Monitor অ্যাপ খোলা রাখুন এবং ব্যাটারি সেভার মোড বন্ধ করুন।
  • Monitor অ্যাপ সামনে রাখুন এবং পাওয়ার বা হোম বোতাম চাপবেন না।
  • দ্রুত পুনঃসংযোগের জন্য Refresh চাপুন। তবুও ব্যর্থ হলে অ্যাপ আবার চালু করুন।
  • কর্পোরেট নেটওয়ার্কে কঠোর ফায়ারওয়াল থাকতে পারে। সম্ভব হলে আরও উন্মুক্ত নেটওয়ার্ক ব্যবহার করুন।
