BEFORE YOU START

Choose a role for each phone and check the network, camera, and microphone permissions.

Choose the Viewer and Monitor

جهّز هاتفين واختر وضع الكاميرا أو المشاهدة.

  • يمكن للهاتفين الاتصال بالإنترنت.
  • يمكن إبقاء هاتف Monitor متصلًا بالكهرباء.
  • تتوفر مساحة تخزين لا تقل عن 6 جيجابايت.

VIEWER SETUP

إعداد Viewer

Register the Viewer and generate its pairing QR code.

على الهاتف الأول، اختر Viewer وسجّل حسابًا للحصول على رمز QR

  1. عند التسجيل بالبريد الإلكتروني وكلمة المرور، تحقق من بريدك الإلكتروني بعد التسجيل.
  2. قد تصل رسالة التحقق إلى مجلد البريد غير الهام. ابحث عن رسالة من Tomate Home Camera.
  3. عند استخدام حساب اجتماعي، سجّل الدخول إلى Monitor بالحساب نفسه.

MONITOR SETUP

إعداد Monitor

Scan the QR code with the old phone, then check its settings.

Confirm the sign-in account

إذا سجّلت الدخول مباشرةً باستخدام Google / Apple، فتأكد من اختيار الحساب نفسه على الهاتفين

Step 3

Check Monitor settings

امسح رمز QR لإكمال الاقتران

  1. Continue recording: فعّل التسجيل لحفظ الفيديو المباشر.
  2. Motion recording: يسجّل تلقائيًا عند اكتشاف حركة.
  3. Motion snapshot: يلتقط صورة تلقائيًا عند اكتشاف حركة.
  4. تأكد من تفعيل اكتشاف الحركة والتخزين السحابي في الزاوية العلوية اليمنى.
  5. تأكد من توفر مساحة تخزين كافية.

Reconnect if the connection drops

Select an online Monitor from the Viewer to open the live view.

  1. اضغط Refresh لإعادة تشغيل الخدمة.
  2. افتح Paired Devices وتأكد من أن Monitor متصل. إذا لم يظهر في القائمة فهو غير متصل أو غير مسجل.
  3. اختر Monitor لمحاولة الاتصال مرة أخرى.
  4. إذا كان الاتصال غير مستقر، استخدم Reconnect Remote Device لإعادة الاتصال بالجهاز Monitor نفسه.

تحقق من هذه الأمور بالترتيب

إذا تعذر إنشاء الاتصال، تحقق من الشبكة وحالة التطبيق وبيئة الشبكة.

  • تأكد من أن لدى الهاتفين اتصالًا مستقرًا بالإنترنت.
  • أبقِ تطبيق Monitor مفتوحًا وأوقف وضع توفير الطاقة.
  • أبقِ تطبيق Monitor في الواجهة ولا تضغط زر التشغيل أو زر الصفحة الرئيسية.
  • اضغط Refresh لإعادة الاتصال بشكل أسرع. أعد تشغيل التطبيق إذا استمر فشل الاتصال.
  • قد تحتوي شبكات الشركات على جدران حماية صارمة. استخدم شبكة أكثر انفتاحًا إن أمكن.
